Finding that his dental practice needed to begin for his economic survival, Leslie Griesdorf returned to Toronto from his internship at an Ottawa hospital, establishing his successful private practice. 

Leslie Griesdorf and his patients enjoyed a mutually beneficial professional relationship until 2003, when Griesdorf sold his practice to a friend and classmate.  Since that time, Griesdorf has enjoyed an active and diversified retirement.
