cloud9 is a Singapore based company that sets the benchmark for quality service and convenience in heavenly massages, delivered. cloud9 massage professionals are certified, screened in person, experienced and carefully chosen for excellent customer service.
cloud9 needed two mobile applications: one for the clients to book the massage services, and one for the therapists to manage the booking and earnings.
cloud9 was a new brand on the market. One thing we always kept in mind was to stay close as possible to the brand personality while designing the app. We anted to leverage the newly created brand to gain trust and attract customers. More about cloud9 Branding Project here.
For both applications, we started by defining the user journey. We started by quickly drafting some app screens. This gave me and the client a better idea about how to better shape the user experience throughout the apps.
By using the cloud9 app, users are able to book massages, choose therapists, add payment methods and rate the services.
Conversely, the therapists are able to manage their bookings, define their profile and availability, and mark each session progress on the app.
