I created these designs for Thayer Engineering's new class ENGS 15: Senior Design Challenge, which is designed as a capstone class for the design thinking experience. I worked with Professor Eugene Korsunskiy and Ashley Manning to design the graphics for the class logo as well as promotional material.

In the class logo, I wanted to incorporate various aspects of design thinking, whether it was the iconic sticky notes around the room, the hexagon design shape, or intersecting Venn Diagram circles.

In the end, we decided upon this logo. It incorporates the intersecting Venn Diagram circles as well as references the hexagon element in design. We also wanted a logo that would transfer well to black and white, and was minimalistic in style. 

Afterwards, I created posters to promote class enrollment. Below are some of my drafts

We eventually went with the first design, which features a top-down view of a table with various design tools / objects scattered around the text!

Overall, this project was an amazing experience and a chance for me to not only work with individuals experienced in design, but to gain valuable insight in a field I am interested in pursuing :) Hopefully I can take this course in the future!
