New Collection Book for Jane Churchill Spring 2010. A new book for every collection, this time for all 4 of the fabric brands and usually once a year. The book detailed every design SKU available. I developed the design of the book to be easy to navigate, with a quick visual reference guide at the front, and navigation tabs down the 'trimmed' edge. I also arranged for every SKU to be photographed, retouched and colour balanced. Each booked varied in size, from around 26pp to 50pp. Digitally printed as only a small print run of around 150.
I art directed the re-design of the Jane Churchill website, and in general had creative input into the design of all the brand websites where ever possible. I also ensured the images were presented and cropped correctly - maintaining consistency with the brochure and other peripherals produced.
Every new collection meant new pattern books were created. I designed the artwork for all the printed items on these books, from the graphics on the spine and cover, to the internal printed pages, included managing all the photography and retouching of the flat shots for every design, and the text heavy backliners, where I initially re-drew all the graphic symbols.
One of the 6, short brand guideline documents I developed for each of the companies brands. Simple PDF documents that I sent to people internally to help uphold a consistent brand images for the company, and also externally to give people a guide on how to use the companies logos.
