Dried Up
An artwork made up of burnt paper, tracing paper butterflies; ink bleach and wood-glue, some flame drawing and dried flowers.
This piece is about four years old, I made it when I was sixteen and almost burnt down my bedroom in the process. It was the first time I realised I wanted to be an artist and that my purpose was to create.
It's showing its age but it holds a special place in my heart.
