Other formes, other features. New values for an object of consumption.
Conceptualization of a new appliance based on the design assumptions of an old one with low aesthetic, ethical, functional and economic values. The chosen appliance was a loudspeaker. Based on the design assumptions of the original appliance a proposal of renewal was made, making it more functional and modern. The original loudspeaker was analyzed and the electrical components measured. Upon various form studies, a final blueprint was made (AutoCAD) and a wooden prototype mas modelled to confirm ergonomic features.
