Samantha James 'Angel Love' | Typographical Poster
This project that began in late October was based around the idea of creating a typographical poster for the song Angel Love by American signer Samantha James, with the inclusion of illustration and a variety of effects from lighting and shading, to texture based imagery.
The visual content within the final outcome includes a floral pattern, a feather, and flying light-like particles that are seen throughout the official music video, as well as a colour palette that pays a loose homage to the artwork of the respective album to which Angel Love is included.
The display mockup for this project places the final outcome inside of a black frame, that is then placed within an environment where even more flying particles surround the design in an attempt to create a calm but slightly abstract scenario.
