Root River Church is a new church in the Franklin, Wisconsin area. Their core values are WORD, WORSHIP, and COMMUNITY. Each poster concentrates on one of the core values by depicting a verse to represent that value. This poster series was designed to display in the lobby of the church. Since Root River Church is a new church, the type took on a new and fresh approach by using currently popular hand-drawn fonts to illustrate the verses. This design will enhance Root River's image as a contemporary church as the audience spends time decoding the verses. The fonts were drawn by hand and then brought into Illustrator and vectorized.
