時至今天，仍有很多人有燃燒衣紙這習慣，但他們並不知道衣紙的用途和內容，因為一般在衣紙（金紙）店鋪所購買的衣紙，包裝內都不會提供任何教學，而店員多以口述傳遞資訊，未能向每位客人說明每種衣紙的功用和排疊衣紙的方法。所以使用者雖然有心祈福，但卻不知道所用的衣紙是否正確，而且口述這方法很容易導致失傳。
整套書有九個主要節慶，內容專注，讓讀者更容易理解每個節慶和拜祭衣紙的關係，增加對衣紙的認識。使用文字和圖片記載衣紙的內容，減低口述失傳的機會。

Nowadays, there are still many people have this habit, but they don’t understand the content of joss paper since there are not many instruction manuals or explanations of joss paper provided in order to educate people about this culture when people buy joss paper from funeral offerings store. People are generally taught by the personnel of the stores and they are not able to clarify the functions and meaning of each joss paper to customers. This hearsay leads to disappearance of some concepts and it is difficult for people to find related literatures which recorded all the types of joss papers and described the meaning of them.
The book is comprised of 9 traditional festivals in order to centralize the content that readers will be able to understand more about the relationship between each festival and the joss paper through the texts and the pictures provided from the content in favor of reducing the disappearance of the concept through the hearsay.
