Landing for Tour Operator

Before rebranding for World of Discoveries was ready,
the client insisted on a transition stage between the old style and the new.

This landing page happened to be the main platform for the transition. The old logo was preserved as requested as did the exact tone of color. To set the ground for the Brand changes Graphic Characters were added to the layout and they fit perfectly on this soil. One of the key features of these Illustrations (and one of the reasons they were created in the first place) is that they look great on photos - like some sort of living doodles or mythical creatures, minding their own little businesses. That is very useful since Tour operator advertising strategy obviously filled with tons of photos of tourists and attractions. Therefore, the need of this characters will never cease to exist.

A lot of photos were added to the layout. There are popping out from everywhere to show the unending flow of discoveries and emotions. Some of them are blurred to make it look more dynamic. And everywhere you could see odd looking creatures of familiar origin, which follow viewer through all landing page smiling at him and playing with elements of the site so that user would never be bored with scrolling down.
