TRACKING PACKAGE REDESIGN FOR THRIFTBOOKS
As part of the daily UI challenge, I came up with a package tracking redesign attempt of one of my favorite online bookstores for used books.
One of the things that I thought their email notification lacked was the details about the books purchased/ordered.
It says 'click button below to track your package' but there are no buttons to click but rather a text link to track package that is not very prominent too.
I thought the live package tracking would be a cool option too!
I designed an intermediate page(that doesn't detach the connection between the user and thriftbooks) instead of taking user directly to the package delivery company's website, would still keep the user engaged with 'thriftbooks'.
The final tracking ID can lead the user to the package delivery website if necessary since all the details are already provided at the intermediary stage.
