Responsible for user testing, focus groups and for UX redesign. Started with planning the project, then conducting user testing and focus groups. After this personas and user journey were created. Sketching followed, then an interactive prototype in Axure. The team consisted of 1 UX designer, the marketing manager and the CEO.
One of the main objectives were to increase conversion rates and customer life time value. For this reason the clunky pricing page and ecommerce journey was redesigned. The other objective was to increase sign ups on the homepage, which was reached by asking for the email address as part of the search.
