    Responsible for user testing, focus groups and for UX redesign. Started with planning the project, then conducting user testing and focus groups. After this personas and user journey were created. Sketching followed, then an interactive prototype in Axure. The team consisted of 1 UX designer, the marketing manager and the CEO. Read Less

Responsible for user testing, focus groups and for UX redesign. Started with planning the project, then conducting user testing and focus groups.  After this personas and user journey were created. Sketching followed, then an interactive prototype in Axure. The team consisted of 1 UX designer, the marketing manager and the CEO.

One of the main objectives were to increase conversion rates and customer life time value. For this reason the clunky pricing page and ecommerce journey was redesigned. The other objective was to increase sign ups on the homepage, which was reached by asking for the email address as part of the search.

Making sure that the “As seen in” section can be seen above the fold. Proto.io was used for the mobile prototype.
The most vital search function is prominent on the homepage. The USP is broken down to points for easy understanding. Testimonials are displayed for social proof. Brand logos are displayed to increase trust.
Clean and crisp pricing page to increase sign up and conversion rates.
