I was responsible for the user testing, focus groups, and for the UX redesign. I started with planning the project, then conducting user testing, and creating focus groups. After this personas and user journey were created. Sketching followed, then I created an interactive prototype in Axure.
The team consisted of one UX designer, the marketing manager, and the CEO.
One of the main objectives was to increase conversion rates and the customer lifetime value. For this reason, the clunky pricing page and eCommerce journey were redesigned. The other objective was to increase the number of signups on the home page. This goal was reached by asking for the email address as part of the search.
This project was also the basis of one UX and one UI redesign I created during my LiveEdu video course using Sketch.
