In winning the United Mileage Plus business, our job was to redesign the massively complex online booking and rewards program. Our goal was to simplfy the current experience while at the same time, give users an easier way to manage their miles, understand how to redeem them and provide better clarity on how to achieve status. In the end our team developed a beautiful design that complimented the United brand and gave consumers and easy and uncluttered experience.
