In the brochure several simple steps are offered to follow in order to decrease depression. These steps are called in the brochure “Happiness Tips”, in order to encourage all clients to follow and to take a look on these steps in order to achieve happiness. Through very simple easy tips to follow from one’s own place depression can decrease gradually.
These tips are: waking up daily in a constant time with gradual light, being exposed to natural light (sunlight, candles light) and artificial light like the light therapy box. Eating food full of Vitamin D, Tryptophan, chocolate and Omega 3 with specific quantities as mentioned in the brochure is also important for the increase of Serotonin hormone in the body as the importance of drinking a lot of water through the day. It is also important to be surrounded by people who motivates the depressed ones with positive words, ideas and who encourages them to do activities upon their preferences as reading, watch movies, playing sports.
