Mental Health Matters

I made this quick illustration in response to my thoughts on depression and my own battles with it. The feeling of trying to keep your head above water even when you're tired of fighting. Telling yourself that today will be a better day even though you know something isn't right mentally. Some days like this I realize that so many others live in silence in coping with their depression or mental issues. This is like my response to that.
