The farm Saatgut Plaußig stands for 20 years of sustainable agriculture of the highest quality. Located close to Leipzig, the company sees its main responsibility in supporting the people of the region as much as their environment. In order to bring agriculture closer to the younger generations, I was asked to illustrate the history of the estate, as well as the year of harvest in all its detail. In cooperation with Grandecouleur, a pavilion was build in which young and old visitors can inform themselves about the different aspects of agriculture.
