The brokerage firm has a number of services it uses for email campaigns to recruit distressed property owners and develop relationships and listings.  E Campaign Pro is our most common tool.  In this email the target was a group of known Broward property owners in distress.
A Google Alert had indicated that a controversial funding debate had been settled between the Attorney General of Florida and the state legislative committees over how to spend 8.4 Billion dollars in funding.  I am using the Bondi story in the letter subject line.  I then developed a survey within Google Drive aimed at the new November bank rules and tied the body copy in urging the readership to share out the message and take the survey if they were experiencing or new of bad experiences with Lenders over Short Sale requests.
The objective was twofold.  Pro Vita we wanted to maintain contact with the group of property owners we have been soliciting for several months.  Second, I wanted to have a way to show the Thursday agent class I conduct a way to tie in Google Alert news stories with marketing to their prospective clients.
