This is a workshop job for Deloitte Digital of Italy to redesign the website of Comune di Milano. We find that the whole traditional process of applying and picking up ID is very complex not only online, but also offline. During this process, users have to go to the office many times and they feel uncertain, slow, disoriented and under scrutiny. Our new design offers them the innovative, simple and safe method for having a best online experience.
