NADIA
Perfumerías / Madrid 1953
By focusing on a traveler personality, open to new knowledge of fragrances from all over the world, we have created a space that reflects an updated traditional spirit of Nadia perfumeries. Colors, materials and shapes offer this space both the female and male sides of the flagship product, the perfume.

The furniture consists of shelves, serving as bookcases and covering all the space. The are complemented by additional drawers at the bottom, allowing to store the rest of the products. The library concept is reinforced by a ladder, to gain access to the top. All of this is made in American walnut treated to protect it from oils that may contain perfumes.

In order to create the effect of a wider space, the classic counters have been replaced with three newly designed points of sales. This reduced but spread configuration allows for an easier and more direct communication with the customer. These points of sale are also made in American walnut, brass and lacquered wood.

The lighting of the room is essencial. Given that it is a small space, it highlights each and every shelf that make up the furniture, thus focusing the attention on the products. We chose LED illumination, and in the central part of the room the Flamingo lamp designed by Antoni Arola, stands out.

The floor is made in Neolith, model calacatta gold, a recycled, natural material suitable for heavy crossing and resistant to liquids. Visually, it is very similar to marble, however its physical characteristics are more suitable for this business model.

Nevertheless, the key piece of the store is located on its ceiling, where a geometric painting is clearly visible. This emphasizes and grants a transgressive and updated personality to the world of perfume.
