Homepage redesign
CollectPlus wanted their homepage to target a specific demographic of young female users who use their service to return online shopping (over 80% of their user base). Subsequently, I created a moodboard to present to CollectPlus, which gave the homepage a more clean, sophisticated and intuitive feel with a heavy focus on returning parcels. User tests were carried out on this design before implementing, to gain UX feedback and make any necessary improvements. CollectPlus required three designs for different user types; a logged out user, logged in user who is making a return, and a logged in user who is sending a parcel. Here is an example preview of the 'logged out' state.
