    Blackdrop is a modern and young magazine about urban culture; a kind of compass in which the reader finds music, fashion, photography, sneakers, art and design. For this reason, the journal was divided into North, South, East and West, familiarizing its readers with different types of content in each of these sections. The name and the graphic style start from the strident and striking urban trends. For this reason an ultra-bold custom typography was created for the main logo, imposing presence in the cover. In interiors was used a simple grid, with no more than two columns per page but with large font sizes, and in some cases even exaggerated. The result is a product that, like urban culture, you may like or dislike, but it is impossible to go unnoticed. Read Less

Blackdrop is a modern and young magazine about urban culture; a kind of compass to the reader to find music, fashion, photography, sneakers, art and design. Blackdrop es una revista moderna y joven sobre tendencias de cultura urbana; una especie de brújula en la que el lector encuentra música, moda, fotografía, tenis, arte y diseño. Por esta razón la revista se dividió en norte, sur, este y oeste, familiarizando a sus lectores con distintos tipos de contenido en cada una de estas secciones.

El nombre y el estilo gráfico parten de las tendencias urbanas estridentes y llamativas. Por esta razón se creó una tipografía ultra gruesa a la medida para el logotipo principal, imponiendo presencia en la portada. En interiores se utilizó una retícula simple, con no más de dos columnas por página pero con tamaños de letra grandes, y en algunos casos hasta exagerados.

El resultado es un producto que, al igual que la cultura urbana, te puede gustar o no, pero es imposible pasar desapercibido.
