Having a good bag that you love wearing is essential. Having one that you can wear for almost every occasion, is even better. Creating a simple yet well-designed, practical and ethical bag is what has driven this product from page to end product.
When we brought out the first edition of the Roll-Over Backpack in 2014, our aim was to create a simple, yet functional backpack that not only looks sleek, but is also comfortable to wear.

Responsible production
We have partnered with factories in Cape Town that offer fair and safe working environments for their employees. This is the philosophy that BADI Culture lives by and we will do everything to sustain and keep improving on it. We also believe in supporting the South African textile industry as South Africa has played a major role in the inspiration of these bags. This is due to its diverse cultural identity, their clothing market's strong demand for variety and the South African abundance of and interest in natural materials.
