Objective Cosmos (Posters)

In 1964 in Zambia, Edward Makuka Nkoloso claimed to have the technology to reach the Moon. He had his own Space Program, astronauts (known as the "Afronauts") and what we can call a "space rocket". He asked the UNESCO and private investors big amounts of money to fund his project.
Was Nkoloso crazy, a crook, a genius or a bit of each of these?

I imagined some promotional posters of a modern private space program, some kind like Space-X, but home-made, like Mr. Nkoloso made in his day.
