The task for the project was to use a given site and 3 levels and basement below ground level come up with a building concept from scratch which is not only pleasing for th eye but also equipped with multiple energy efficient design solutions which wil help towards reaching a sustainable construction.

Everything about the design was to respect the client’s wishes, this meaning it has to be contemporary architecture style and luxurious inside while tting with the surroundings of Scandinavian look. 

These are some of my renders which are done for the Residential building Tomorrow Bay.The project was at concept phase and I was involved in creating different proposals which later had to be present to the client.

My main  focus for the project was to achieve an good quality within my drawings.I made sure I get all the information inside the drawing which would testify for my level of knowledge with the construction.

Throughout the project I had to constantly provide solutions for key areas in the building which required an extra amount of detail.These ares are connections between the building elements.My task was to make sure I am using the best possible method for connection.
