Analog is an independent art platform run by a photographer and designer exploring the boundaries between digital and analog. It is a shared home for creative minds to collaborate on projects in the field of visual arts.
The core branding element is the line, inspired by the filmstrip. Simple, yet powerful to strengthen the feeling for analog in a modernistic manner. Monotype typography style was selected for its reference to the typewriter machine creating an authentic and sophisticated look.
The first Analog project is postcard series — made to make us feel again the forgotten experience of sending and receiving a postcard. The minimalistic design pairs with the photography in a seamless way letting it stand out. The cards have a flexible numbered layout from one to seven. Each number matches a photograph revealing a unique story.
