The lounge chair saw its golden age during the first half of the 20th century and many modern designs we see today lack the visually beauty and quality craftsmanship of that bygone era. The objective of this project was to design a modern lounge chair with Mid-century modern aestetics that still maintained the durability seen in handmade furniture.
