Too Gallus - Clothing line
So i recently decided to take on a small project of a clothing line from my design studio. I chose the name it Too Gallus as it will have some local relevance and resonance. The scottish word Gallus means -
gallus
(ga·luss) Dialect, chiefly Scot ~adj.
1. self-confident, daring, cheeky.
2. stylish, impressive (esp. Glasgow “He’s pure gallus, by the way“).
3. Orig. derogatory, meaning wild; a rascal; deserving to be hanged (from the gallows)
I thought this would be a nice twist on a word that isnt used much any more and could maybe bring some life back to it. It would also be something original from an international perspective and at the same time be a little learning experience about my scottish herritage for my international followers and customers
I decided to go for a kind of Alt / Rock look for my first run of Tees focusing on an almost varsity style graphic.
