Logo and brand identity proposal for Turin landmark: 12 km of portici which develop along the city center. This area is a cultural and historic landmark other than a shopping district, bustling with its restaurants, bars, cinemas etc.
Logo Specifications
The logo will unify all the commercial activities which are present in the whole lenght of the portici. The main theme we played with is the maze formed in the heart of the city by the portici of which the logo represents a view in a frontal perspective.
Wayfinding, flags, stickers.
Example of signage used to spread flyers and maps and pointing out the most turistic roads and the closest activities.
Products:
We used the logo in two ways. On the bags, the logo has been used as a landscape, it wants to confere the idea of a dynamic buzzing, environment. It is also used a pattern which will be printed on wrapping paper and commonly utilised by all the shops under the portici.
Website homepage and app:
The website is divided in two parts: the top part wants to highlight the concept of an open air shopping center: visitors can see the opening hours and weather forecast, just underneath an accessible menu is presented.
The second part consists of a sort of blog, which gives updates on events and products.
The app focuses more on the users mobility, a map is presented on the homepage.
