Bartleby, O Escrivão
Este projeto foi realizado a pares, cujo objetivo era re-estruturar e/ou organizar o conteúdo original do livro Bartleby, O Escrivão de Herman Melville num novo objecto editorial com a possibilidade de adicionar à narrativa outras questões que apoiem uma nova linha editorial.
Decidimos pegar na frase de Bartleby "Prefiro não o fazer" e criar uma edição do livro no qual se reflete a perspectiva de Bartleby no decorrer da narrativa. Para tal o grafismo do livro revela a atitude da personagem, sendo que a sua atitude muda ao longo da narrativa. A cor de eleição foi o vermelho por esta refletir a negação.
This project was carried out in pairs whose aim was to restructure and / or organize the original content of the book Bartleby, the Scrivener by Herman Melville into a new editorial object with the possibility of adding to the narrative other issues that support a new editorial line.
We decided to take Bartleby's phrase "I would prefer not to" and create an edition of the book that reflects Bartleby's perspective throughout the narrative. For this the graphic of the book reveals the attitude of the character, being that its attitude changes throughout the narrative. The color of election was red because it reflects the denial.
