I took this picture while on a boat tour of the Cape Fear River in Wilmington, NC. I used the gradient tool in camera raw to manipulate the image reflecting how Wilmington's skyline can change in a minute. Re-cropping was necessary. This could be used in a campaign for WWAY or WECT TV local stations ads.
