台灣設計展以推廣設計美學，協助傳統產業加值與活化，並提升全民對設計價值之認知為活動使命。2017年在臺南盛大辦理，以「三創精神」(創意、創新、創客)為活動主軸，用設計展現臺南最豐富多元的產業實力及文化活力！此外，更結合民間能量規劃設計行旅，藉此串聯街區設計好店及設計食堂。活動期間更將整合各大專院校設計能量，辦理市集、論壇，透過產官學及民間能量的結合，讓設計融入臺南生活，也讓遊客體驗臺南的巷弄意境與生活美學。

321巷生活館展覽主題以「？度」為出發點，將設計與藝術的過渡為策展理念，扣合「生活」為發想，以「度」字首來串聯，讓觀者發想等字，將詮釋各領域藝術與設計之間的無限與有限。

綜合以「?度」為題，分布至6個小展館，參展單位以進駐321藝術團隊為主，分別為台南人劇團為劇場文學到空間模型、三坪半工作室生活載具到藝術裝置、蔚龍藝術有限公司匯集各種立體書、版條線，花園版畫繪本、麥薾藝術有限公司匯集當代藝術攝影家作品。此外，又加上「2017宜蘭椅設計大賞」入圍作品展出，期待透過本展陪伴觀眾體驗生活中的各種可能性。

LIVING Pavilion locates in 321 Arts Village, with participants from the in-residence groups in 321. The Exhibition is originated from the transition between design and arts, combining with “life”; being connected with the word “between”, the curation is to inspire the audience’s limited and infinite concepts between design and arts. In the gallery, theatrical space design, 3D books collections, print picture books, daily and artistic devices and contemporary photography collections are all included in the exhibition. In addition, the “2017 Yilan Chair Design Competition” is also included here; through the exhibition, audiences are invited to experience the vast possibilities of life.
