Wellness Week 2017

Wellness Week 2017
Volunteered to help out in our school's Guidance and Counseling Office for this event called Wellness Week which was a series of talks, exhibits, and activities free for all students to participate in to promote mental health and well-being.

Main event motif on a plain white background (left) and a colored background (right).
Started off with what the counselors wanted—a leaf-like shape surrounding the words "wellness week" then I just happened to add the subtle heart shape along with the leaf.

The motif was created in a hurry so I opted to use a free font called July Seventh from dafont (https://www.dafont.com/july-seventh.font).
Also made invitations for the guest speakers and school administrators initially subject to revisions. Version 1 (top) and final version (bottom) are showed here.
Here's a sample program with list of speakers and office personnel in charge. For this, I prepared a ready-made template in MS Publisher so that the Project Coordinator could readily change the content. I had to pick a nice default Windows 7 font that would be compatible with the office computers that couldn't install fonts without admin passwords. The font used here is Constantia.
Also designed the main tarp posted around campus and displayed in the booths.
Before the main motif was approved, I suggested to release a teaser poster because we had to start promoting as soon as possible.
Also prepared a main poster version in size A4 ready for printing and online release.
Made a tarp for the initial line-up of speakers for the talks. This was not printed due to the sudden change of speakers and they opted to just release individual posters made by one of the psychologists.
