COLOMBIAN PUBLIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT - CODE OF INTEGRITY

The Public Service Department is a transversal, strategic, technical government institution that contributes to the wellbeing of all Colombians through the continuous development of the management of public servants and institutions across the national territory. They are interested in a new communication strategy to help all institutions across the country understand their essential role in controlling and refining procedures, thus improving services for all citizens.

One of the main topics is related with the ethics of values, given the high corruption index in Colombia. To address this issue, a new code of integrity encompassing the five values that must distinguish public servants: Honesty, Respect, Diligence, Commitment and Justice, was fashioned. 

A communication strategy was designed to disseminate this Code of Integrity. 
One of the pieces is an explanatory video that will be sent to all institutions in the country to educate the public servants about this Code and how they are to apply it in their institution.
