The Lofts were converted into condos from a historic warehouse in downtown Memphis. With open floor plans, the sky’s the limit with how you make one your own. 

The personality that we tried to convey was one of style and exclusivity with a DIY flair. The campaign included print ads, event posters, door hangers, outdoor, brochure and web site.
