Pinch pot remake fitted lid

In the post with my practice pinch pot I explained the process I used in order to create the pot. For making the lid, I started off with wedging a piece of clay until all the air bubbles were nonexistent. Furthermore, I then took a piece of clay and rolled it out flattening it until it was a circular shape. Once the clay was at the correct thickness, I scored and slipped a rectangular shape figure on top of my lid for the use of a handle. To attach the two pieces together, I then scored and slipped the lid to my pinch pot in order for it to stay on correctly. My piece was later rejected by the kiln resulting in the lid  not being fitted enough. I then decided to do a remake of my pinch pot with more of a fitted lid. Creating my second pinch pot, I made a smaller lid to create more of a fit to go with my pinch pot. My inspiration for making my pinch pot came from viewing various types of jewelry bowls and pinch pots online.
