Formed as part of their regular studies at Codarts University, in Rotterdam in 2016, 

the Altéïde Quintet quickly set their sights beyond their academic requirements and towards performing at regular concerts and competitions.

All members play in various youth orchestras or academies and are already gaining experience in renowned professional orchestras. 

     Having previously played together in different contexts, the five friends fuse their individual talents and different musical traditions together with a particularly energetic spirit and fluid musical communication to form the unique Altéïde character.
