I am fascinated with all things dark. Things that make me question life, what's it about and whether it matters have always been of interest to me. I like to believe the time we have on earth is spent wisely, without regret and that maybe there is more to who we are than just the way we present ourselves publicly. 

This work is interested in focusing on memory and the parts of 'our existence' that are left behind after death. I am curious as to what these objects could be. Photography has the ability to immortalise those who pass on. It has the ability to capture the fleeting aspects of death. We as humans yearn to live forever but it is simply not the case, yet a photograph can.
