I designed and coded a website for Interior Design by Pamela. I also used Bluehost which in my opinion was the best option for a hosting site. Below I will go through some of the process and steps I took in the creation of the website.
I began with a folder which held a images folder, javascripts folder, layout folder, pages folders, and a index.html file.
Sublime Text:

I chose to use Sublime Text over Dreamweaver due to having a better understanding of it. There are many tutors of Sublime that I would recommend over dreamweaver and it's a little easier to understand.

HTML:
The index.html is the main page of the group of pages. I knew I would be working with  a header, navigation bar, body(A.K.A sections), and a footer. Below I have shown my HTML code and the layout that I have placed on my main page.
Pages Folder: (HTML)
Below is an example of my page1.html. It doesn't have as much information as the index.html but it still fallows the header, body, and footer layout.
Layout Folder: (CSS)
The CSS file changes the presentation of fonts, colors, background images, and many other things. This is where I was able to come in and spice things up for the clients liking. From their choice of colors, font, and style.
Javascript:
This was used for the picture sliders to work correctly. Also allowed for the sliders to become auto once the box provided was clicked.
Below is a screenshot of the home page and final presentation that was presented to the client. I also provided the domain name for the client once accepted.

I also wanted to mention that if you are using Bluehost and you want to use your own code and not Wordpress. You'll have to open up your file manager and under index.php you'll have to add "OLD" in front of it. For example: old_index.php
Hope you enjoyed my process and if you have any questions feel free to send me a message. Thanks!
