The Pencils of Promise advertisement was designed in illustrator and also features hand drawn typography.  I printed the hand drawn font after fixing it in illustrator and took a picture of it to create a real hand-done effect. I chose Pencils of Promise because I think it’s a good charity that not many people know about and is also an easy way to help. I used a picture of one of the students whose school had been helped by Pencils of Promise. I think it’s important to use actual pictures of students aided by the program to get a better idea of the difference they can make.
