Adopt-a-Pet Advertising Campaign
The objective of this project was to assist the RSPCA brand to stand out among the over saturated advertising market, increase awareness of shelter pets, encourage potential pet owners to consider adoption and educate the community about the shelter’s educational, support and health initiatives.
Rather than the typical approach of relying on guilt to motivate adoptions, the campaign focuses on each animal’s individual personalities. With the tagline, Save Your Cents, Your Shoes and Your Sanity, the new brand positioning stems from the idea of adopting a ‘grown-up’ pet that is past the toddler stage, and has a developed personality, yet remains just as lovable.
Through the use of print, technological and participatory solutions, the campaign remains strong, engaging and visually appealing to a wide audience.
