Cerveja Manguito (Manguito Beer)
Brewed with traditional saison ingredients to provide a rustic, bready malt backbone and paired with the tropical fruit forward wine and Portuguese oak notes. This batch has been aged in barrels for 11 months helping to develop a significant musty cellar character. Over time, Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus will continue to develop the gentle sourness and earthy flavors.
The Manguito represents the patient efforts of bringing many ingredients together to create this thoughtful, delicious beverage.
