The LASIK Vision Institute is the Nation’s largest LASIK provider. One campaign I developed was one that would approach potential customers by creating a campaign that focused on the most significant challenge with glasses. They get in the way of You Being You. When you play sports, do something active, or participate in anything that requires you to have something on your face, you have to figure out how to do that with glasses on. That’s where creating a sound marketing approach to this problem was paramount.
Simple, yet empowering messaging was the base for the You Being You campaign. A direct message to help inform the audience that living with glasses does not have to be your life. Dominant contrasting colors, bold titles, strong imagery, and compelling calls to action were the makeup of the You Being You campaign. Tied together, it makes a strong statement and a quick call to action. Finding different active sports to ensures there is a large enough relatable audience base. Ensuring that the creatives could be crafted for a targeted season was essential to the end goal. Creating visually minimal designs and effective messaging is great, but if it doesn’t convert, it doesn’t matter. Consistently I have been successful at developing some of the highest converting email creatives for the industry leader in LASIK care year after year. 74% of smartphone owners use their mobile phones to check email.
