I did the illustration for Saatchi & Saatchi's case for the Out of Home Media Challenge. The case was about supporting the Danish midwives because of the massive cuts in their resources over the last years.
The idea was to dramatize the stress this placed on the Danish maternity wards. 

To do this Saatchi & Saatchi got the bus passengers to help by creating an image that makes it look like the busy passengers are abandoning a woman giving birth.
