John Lewis AW'16 lighting design
A Scandinavian-inspired contemporary lighting collection that I designed for UK retail giant John Lewis. Created after extensive research into current trends as well as following merchandising brief from John Lewis lighting team.
Contemporary 3-tier metal pendants finished in a mixture of greys that have added accents in satin brass.
A contemporary collection of pendants, table lamps and task lights made from sleek metal, finished in trendy satin brass, and with added details in oak wood; black fabric cables complete the look.
1. Smoke plated glass shade juxtaposed by whitish concrete and a satin brass trim; black fabric cable.
2. Large contemporary metal pendant & flush light that have a striking PVC diffuser

3. Metal pendant is finished in a mixture of greys gloss painted metal; satin brass finish details; shiny chrome finish fittings; black fabric cable.
4. Task lamps have a dome-shaped shade finished in satin brass and a base made of walnut wood with ash wood accents; black fabric cable.
A collection of drum ceiling shades, cylinder wall, table, and floor lights. Body made from mesh, finished in brushed brass, that has a translucent white PVC backing. A white PVC diffuser is fitted for neat finishing touch.
