Forster Property Maintenance is a New Jersey, USA-based, full-service commercial and residential lawn care and landscaping company. The company was seeking a full solution for their corporate online presence and social media marketing. The goal was to cover all aspects of company's service offerings and unique customer service approach, make them stand out among the competition and present a professional face for existing and potential clients
Forster had very few digital assets upon project initiation beyond a logo used on their business cards. Drawing upon this logo as the starting point, a few brainstorming sessions led us to begin work on web and social media campaigns designed to capture the company's essence and set the tone for all of their online interactions.
The corporate website and payment portal was the first order of business and began with vetting out the various sections, navigation and IA for review.
The approach was to be a simple, single page parallax with sub-pages for accepting payments and providing a contact form. The sections for the site included: About, Services and Testimonials only. A photo gallery was needed as well, but lacking the digital assets required, was agreed to be added at a later date.

In the interests of time, rough wires were skipped as we moved directly to high fidelity design concepts aimed at achieving the desired outcomes.
Concept testing was performed in a guerrilla manner with friends, family members, existing clients and the company's crew members.
After preliminary testing and approval by Forster, we arrived at a go-live design. Implementation was to be via WordPress CMS for ease of ongoing site management, graceful degradation for older browsers and responsive design for mobile access.
The scrolling nature of the site includes a sticky menu that appears on 30% scroll and smooth scrolling for all navigation areas.

Since launch of the website, it has continually gained organic search traffic, provided the company with a professional public face, created a space for existing and potential clients to learn about the company's offerings and also allows the company to accept online payments.
