I created both the visualization of the project and a part of the technical and funcional 2d drawings. Here I publish some of the ones I personally made and worked on.
Ex Collegio S.Lucia Palestrina, Rome - Italy Historic building protected by the Legislative Decree. Restoration, conservative renewal, reuse of building with historic and artistic interest.

The existing building will maintain the facades and exterior appearance, protected by law. The interior part will be totally demolished and rebuilt with modern materials and technologies.
Archaeological excavations will be visible around and inside the building. The old external facades are totally maintained due to the law that protects their historic value.
A second inner skin is formed by a new vertical steel structure, positioned next to the main structural walls and the different technical systems. New steel structure floors take place to distribute the many functions of the bank and a conference hall.
The main vertical connections consist in three big stairs and elevators. They arrive till the roof-terrace where will be possible to organize public and private events. Three floors for offices , public reception, administration bureaus. A bar in the ground floor and relax areas for every department. The new steel-concrete structure and the reinforced existing walls will bear the weights. The technological systems will be placed in between the structure and hidden by light panels and ceilings.
