Video game branding for Tetraphobia, designed in 2017.
"Tetraphobia" is the name of the game but also an irrational fear of the number four, found in most eastern countries. The number four is considered "unlucky" as it is closely related to the similar word for death ("shi" - "死") in Japanese.

The side note is "Kishi Kaisei", an old Japanese saying that translates to: "Wake from death and return to life". This relates to the idea of overcoming your own fears and facing the new challenges.

This specific choice of fonts and colours for the note and the game name itself, gives a subtle indication of the genre, and creates a mysterious feeling and a background to the story highly influenced by the Asian culture and traditions.
