Managed a 3-Day Animation Festival and Conference (August 25-28th) from scratch coordinating with all departments from marketing, business, programming, to design (crew of around 25) Branding turnaround time: 2 months including print.

Total cost of festival: Under $3000
Worked with business director and venue operators to secure sponsorship, venues, and promo materials for print traffic coordinator where needed. Arranged for logistics of date, created Run of Show with programming team, secured programming content for 3 blocks of animation screening, secure panelists for panels, and look over paperwork and contract where needed. Worked with operations to create checklist of load in materials and necessary set up
Worked with design team across board, sourced extra materials such as swag bag and lanyard while maintaining a low budget but still working to make sure the colors or branding worked overall. Researched print options, pricing, and delivery dates to ensure materials all arrive on time when needed. Worked with a team of designer to create a color guide, overall look and feel to make sure even when the festival is a standalone it still has the brand elements of the overall organization and repurpose for other promo (such as Eventbrite banner) where necessary. Secured content for designers and coordinated with developer to implement AR function

An example of quick rough edits by me for social media showcasing the use of our AR app with the program guide. Edited and shot on mobile phone app and quick tweak in After Effects. Utilized the closed caption function on Facebook. Turnaround time with shot video to deployment: under an hour
Ideated a hand made trophy as per our traditions. I bought 3 super 8 second hand camera from Ebay, gold spray paint, and had them mounted on a wood base. Yu Ueda helped me to create it by removing the inner gears, mount it, prime it, and spray it. Winners will have a little engraved metal sign sent to them so they can paste it on.
Coordinated with operations, event, and marketing team for venue set up. Sourced for projection mapping and immersive dome for the party along with a live drawing battle demo of the dynamic fluid paint app EXPRESII (sponsors), Voiceball innovative digital pong karaoke using your voice, and an audiosynth DJ.
