Organicity - London Buzz

Demonstration through design allowed Organicity Judges to see how we would build awareness while bringing a sense of tangibility to the London Buzz project entry.
6 sheet bus stop advertising illustrating the upcoming service & building awareness along routes chose to trial London Buzz.
Curiousity would be piqued by use of the 'Buzz Lane' for buses along the chosen London Buzz routes.
Awarness building on bus routes leading up to roll out of London Buzz.
For buses chosen to trial London Buzz, the use of bus side advertising and a striking bus design would be used to build awareness that this bus was different in some way.
Viewing a large London Buzz screen passengers could engage with each other via their social media using the hastag #lonbuzz. By enouraging dialogue virtually, barriers could be broken down and promote social interaaction. People who possibly share the same journey every day, may suddenly enjoy engaging with one another not only virtually but face-to-face.
In addition to the free topic run given to users, discussion points would be added daily. These would focus on transportation topics, efficiences of service and other areas. As well as becoming a community on the move, the passengers would also be a focus group, empowering TFL with insight into their customers experience.
Once a familiar sight on buses, bus conductors would used to orchestrate proceedings, and literal 'onboarding experience' for passengers. They would ensure moderation of passenger topics and engage in conversation to promote a relaxed atmosphere for passengers.
The website would provide information for those curious about the London Buzz service and outline the aims for the project and duration the project would run.
In addition to creative to add tangibilty to the London Buzz project, the submission to Organicity was also supported by graphics and documentation to illustate the process to the panel of judges.
