Midnight Horizon - Andrew Claflin 2017 SOLD
I was, as usual, endlessly gazing into the night sky and as an hour passed I realized that there were far more colors up there than I had thought possible to see. Being fortunate to have low light pollution, unless the neighbor lets out her dogs grace and whatever else name the other one is....they are loud and bark at themselves.....but back to tranquility...Again I am going for instinctual mood response. This doesn't need to be a spitting image it just needs to give you something to build on. This particular piece has been talked about among my trusted inner-circle art geek community and each person had something very different to share but what was ideal to me was that it did in fact make people respond. goal achieved. For some reason this reminds of the movie Field of Dreams - just something about it. Big Iowa sky. Who knows. This is framed in standard finished cedar in black.
